The staff at this store are fantastic. The best customer service ive seen in a very long time. I was in on saturday and they helped me. I wish there were more people out there with such great skills and personality. I would give them more stars if possible. A credit to the store.

Verily, I did happen upon Australia the Gift, a most wondrous shoppe of fine souvenirs, and was met with the kindest of service at the register. The staff, with cheer and goodwill, did attend to mine every need, making mine purchase a delight most rare. I did procure a most excellent towel, soft as the clouds and adorned most splendidly. A finer establishment one shall not find—hie thee hence and partake of their wares posthaste!

During my today's visit to Brisbane's South Bank, I stumbled upon a fantastic souvenir shop near the South Bank Beach, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! This charming little store is brimming with a diverse range of high-quality, unique, and locally-made products that cater to all tastes and budgets. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff member who was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and the local area. They were more than happy to help me find the perfect keepsakes to remind me of my time in Brisbane. The shop's selection was impressive, with everything from beautiful artwork and crafts made by local artists to classic Australian souvenirs like boomerangs, kangaroo-themed items, and even some quirky novelty gifts. The store also had a variety of clothing items, postcards, and accessories that truly captured the spirit of the South Bank and its beach atmosphere. I appreciated the fact that the prices were very reasonable, and I was able to find several items that I loved without breaking the bank. Overall, my shopping experience at the South Bank Beach souvenir shop was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If you're in Brisbane and looking for a memorable keepsake you must visit this place.

Great service though the pricing is typical tourist area but we had been at least twice here to get some last minute supplies like a hat and beach towels.

With my 9 and 8 years old sons took a floaty swimming mattress to the shop to buy a missing part for our air pump, the missing piece wasn't available but we ended up with the floaty pumped and more surprised it was for free. I remember that the beautiful girl who did that, her name was "ESTHER". Thank you Esther🙏🙏🙏
